27 Weeks

I can't believe next week I'll have 2 MORE MONTHS LEFT and baby girl will be in my arms!!! Seriously. Where has the time gone?! I'm kind of sad time is going by so fast. I feel like I just found out the gender :(
HOW FAR: 27 Weeks 1 Day
BABY IS THE SIZE OF A: Cucumber (15 in, 2.2 lbs)
MATERNITY CLOTHES: My black maternity leggings and I've been wearing non-maternity tops. The one I'm wearing above is from Victoria Secret and is so comfy and soft. Bought it for $10 after Christmas ;)
SLEEP: Sleep could be better. I think too much, that's my problem!
MOVEMENT: Oh yea! She was moving around so much yesterday. She kicked hard twice and my dad put his hand on my belly and felt the third hard kick. She started moving a lot again later that night, so I told my brother to come feel and he was able to feel her for the FIRST time. Poor guy has been trying to feel her, but every time he would put his hand on my belly she would stop moving. Not that I really believe in horoscopes, but her zodiac sign is suppose to be a Taurus. Just like her uncle... both stubborn!
BEST MOMENT OF THE WEEK: Feeling her move.
WORST MOMENT THIS WEEK: I can't really say on here, but let's just say I'm ready to move out of my community.
MISS ANYTHING: My hubby. That's all.
FOOD CRAVINGS: I haven't really had any cravings. I've been loving salads and healthy foods.
AM I SHOWING: Yes and I LOVE IT!!!!
SYMPTOMS: Same as last week, but I've been getting heartburn almost every night (mostly when I eat meals with tomato) and my stomach has been itching. I'm not scratching it though :/
HAPPY OR MOODY: Happy for the most part.
LOOKING FORWARD TO: Finishing the nursery. I also need to buy a diaper bag and a hospital bag.
NURSERY: I might go to a couple of stores tomorrow to look for a few accent pieces.

26 Weeks

HOW FAR: 26 Weeks 4 Days (picture above taken at 26 weeks 1 day)
BABY IS THE SIZE OF A: Butternut Squash. Average size: 13.6-14.8 inches, 1.5-2.2 lb.
MATERNITY CLOTHES: Living in my black leggings.
SLEEP: Sleep has been OKAY. My hips have been hurting, so I've been waking up often throughout the night. I think I may invest in a down quilted mattress topper for our bed. My parents have one on the guest bed and it feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud.
BEST MOMENT OF THE WEEK: I don't remember the exact day, but Robby felt the baby move for the first time and he also saw her ninja kick three times in a row. We were smiling ear-to-ear! We also got to see her during our 3D ultrasound. I was a little disappointed with the experience this time, but seeing her little face (and foot in the face) made up for it.
WORST MOMENT THIS WEEK: Hubby had to go to work :(
GENDER: Baby girl.
MISS ANYTHING: Not really.
FOOD CRAVINGS: It's still FRUITY PEBBLES!!! My mouth is watering just thinking of a fruity pebbles doughnut. I've also been loving Subway. A toasted chicken bacon ranch, swiss cheese, lettuce, onion and banana peppers.. yumm.
AM I SHOWING: Yup! (See pictures below)
SYMPTOMS: I've been feeling pretty good this week. I still get mild cramping/round ligament pain, my back hurts sometimes, I get a tingling feeling in my right leg which is annoying, and I'm still VERY emotional. I cry ALL. THE. TIME.
HAPPY OR MOODY: A little sad today.
LOOKING FORWARD TO: Getting the nursery finished and celebrating my dads b-day tomorrow!
NURSERY: We bought a ceiling lamp for the nursery the other day. It'll take a few weeks to get here. And Robby put the book shelves up... :)

25 Weeks

HOW FAR: 25 Weeks 1 Day
BABY IS THE SIZE OF A: Napa Cabbage. Approximately (9in, 1.7 lbs)
MATERNITY CLOTHES: Just maternity leggings.
SLEEP: Not good at all. I wake up a couple times a night to use the restroom and wake up between 6-7 a.m. and can't go back to sleep. I think too much!
MOVEMENT: I haven't felt much movement which worries me, but I went to my ultrasound appointment today to check on the fluid around the baby and she was fine. I just want to feel her constantly and even though they say things are fine.. I still get worried!
BEST MOMENT OF THE WEEK: Having my husband home and getting the nursery started.
WORST MOMENT THIS WEEK: Not that this was bad for me.. I was just more worried for the baby, but during my last appointment the doctor said there wasn't a lot of fluid around the baby. I was drinking plenty of water (or so I thought), but I drank more and kept track of how much water I was drinking daily. Today was my appointment to check-up on that and they said it was a lot better than the last visit.
GENDER: Baby girl.
MISS ANYTHING: Just pepsi.
FOOD CRAVINGS: FRUITY PEBBLES!!! I won't even mention how many bowls of that I eat a day.
AM I SHOWING: Yea.. I love it so much!
SYMPTOMS: Constipation, cramping, back pain and being VERY emotional.
HAPPY OR MOODY: Ehh.. moody and emotional.
LOOKING FORWARD TO: I think we may be getting another 3-D ultrasound next week so I'm excited for that appointment.
NURSERY: Robby put the crib and dresser together! Now I'm kind of stuck...

24 Weeks

(Pictures taken: 24 weeks 2 days)

HOW FAR: 24 Weeks. I can't believe I'm 6 MONTHS already. Time sure is flying by.
BABY IS THE SIZE OF A: Garden Eggplant. She's one pound six ounces!
MATERNITY CLOTHES: Just maternity leggings.
SLEEP: Okay.
MOVEMENT: Yes! Last night I was trying to fall asleep and she kept moving around and kicking. It made me smile. I'll take that over sleep any day!
BEST MOMENT OF THE WEEK: I really enjoyed watching "Labor Day" with my mom and grandma. I love girl time and watching sappy chick flicks! Also, who else is excited about all 10 seasons of F.R.I.E.N.D.S being on Netflix?
WORST MOMENT THIS WEEK: I would have to say the cramp I've been feeling on my left side. I can hardly walk or lift my left leg up. I read online that it can be round ligament pain or braxton hicks, which I doubt it's bh. I'm thinking it's more round ligament pain mixed with some constipation :/ Good thing I see my doctor tomorrow so I can ask her. Update: My doctor said the pain was round ligament pain.
MISS ANYTHING: My husband.
FOOD CRAVINGS: My main craving this week has been chocolate milk. I've also been loving apples, oranges, cereal, salads and home cooked meals.
ANYTHING MAKE YOU QUEASY: Having an empty stomach in the morning. I threw up 3 times this week :(
SYMPTOMS: Heartburn, cramping on my left side, back pain, leg cramps and constipation.
LOOKING FORWARD TO: Seeing my husband and my ultrasound appointment tomorrow.
NURSERY: My aunt, grandma, mom and I made a trip to Ikea and the dresser we want for the nursery, went down in price so I snagged it. I'm so excited to get this stuff put together. I also bought some organizers for the drawers to organize her little socks, headbands, clothes etc. :)

23 Weeks

HOW FAR: 23 Weeks 1 day
BABY IS THE SIZE OF A: Large Mango.
MATERNITY CLOTHES: Still living in my maternity leggings.
SLEEP: Not so good. I've been sick :(
MOVEMENT: Oh my gosh, does baby girl LOVE fruit. She moves constantly when I eat any kind of fruit (couldn't be chocolate, right? ha!). So far I've had apples, strawberries and grapes and she seems to love them all...   or maybe she's kicking because she hates them..? ;) She'll also move when I play chill music or when she hears people talk. She's adorable!
BEST MOMENT OF THE WEEK: Feeling her move. I can't get enough!
WORST MOMENT THIS WEEK: Missing Robby. I'm ready for him to come home.
MISS ANYTHING: PEPSI. SO bad for me, but I just love that stuff.
FOOD CRAVINGS: Fruit, pickles, and I've been wanting some Raising Cane's but that's an hour away :( I've also been wanting IN N OUT burger except WE DON'T HAVE ONE HERE!!!! Anyone want to take a drive with me to the nearest IN N OUT?! Utah here I come.
SYMPTOMS: Oh my gosh.. it's been sooo hard to breath this week. Being sick doesn't help! I also have back pain, cramping in the uterus, vaginal discharge (gross! but I'm writing all this stuff down for myself), emotional.
Last night we were all screaming to the ball drop countdown in New York, and as soon as I said, "HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!" I started BALLING and sobbing all ugly girl style.
STRETCH MARKS: Nothing yet.
HAPPY OR MOODY: Been kind of moody. I think it's because I've been sick.
LOOKING FORWARD TO: Robby coming home!!!
NURSERY: We ordered a mattress for the crib and a changing pad that we'll put on top of the dresser. We should be getting the dresser when Robby comes home.
